How do I register my Jeep?
Register for your free attendee ticket. Once you click submit, on the next page you will be given the option to register your Jeep for the competition. Please fill out the quick form.
Registration reserves your Jeep’s spot in the lineup.
You’ll also get updates and event reminders.
You do not need to register your Jeep if you are not entering it to compete. In that case you only need a regular ticket.
Where is the event held?
Jeeps & Javas takes place at 7899 Sinclair Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34747.
Location reminders and directions will be emailed upon registration.
What time does the event start and end?
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
We recommend arriving early if you’re showing your Jeep to get the best parking spot.

Can I become a vendor or sponsor?
Yes, we welcome booth sponsors and vendors!
Booths allow you to connect face-to-face with 800–1,200 attendees monthly.

What should I bring to the event?
Your Jeep registration confirmation if showing your Jeep.
Folding chairs or blankets if you plan to hang out for a while.
Sunscreen and hats for the sunny Florida morning.
Cash or card for food, drinks, and vendor shopping.
Can I attend if I’m not showing my Jeep?
Yes! Spectators are encouraged to attend to enjoy the Jeeps, vendors, and community vibe.
What happens if it rains?
Jeeps & Javas is a rain or shine event.
Extreme weather updates will be sent to all registered attendees via email and social media.
Do I need also need a ticket if i register to compete?
Yes. Simply register to attend and then you will have the option to register to compete on the confirmation page. Please complete the competition registration form on that page to enter.
